Leads a scene successfully and delegate necessary roles.

- Radio communications – Radio when arrived on scene, request additional, update units with any changes on scene, pass over necessary information, call code 4/ UTL when pursuit is over. 30%

- Delegation – Delegate evidence collector, negotiator, and someone to sort pursuit order/ do it yourself. 30%

- Decision making as primary and organization – Ensuring demands aren’t unreasonable from suspects, relay necessary information through 311, and ensuring all units on scene know their role. 30%

- Correct use of SOP’s – Ensure correct number of units are on scene, and correct procedures are being followed on the active. 10%
